David White, operating as Income Engineers Guild, is the controller for this marketing site. For privacy requests, use the About page on this website until a dedicated contact address is published there.

What this site collects

These public pages are a marketing site. They do not ask you to create an account. The server and WordPress will log ordinary technical data needed to deliver the pages: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. If you send a message by email or another channel you choose, we keep what you send in order to reply.

The Horizon Method app, when you open it, is a separate tool. Registering there is required only if you want the same record on more than one device. That tool may store the notes and logs you choose to keep. Do not put payment card details into this marketing site; this site does not take payment.

Cookies

WordPress and the page builder may set cookies needed for the site to work, including if you later log in to an account. We do not use this page to sell a list of visitors.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and to keep the site running. Anything you write in the app is kept for as long as your account exists, or until you delete it there.

Your rights

If UK GDPR applies to you, you can ask for a copy of personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how a request is handled.
